Steps to add a merchant neighborhood to VOI.com

  1. Reach out to Salesforce Team
    • Send an email to Brian Thompson with these details:
      • Neighborhood Name
      • Village
      • Builder Type – for this one it would be Merchant Builder
      • Home Type – Detached or Attached
      • Builder
      • Tract # – If available
  2. Update the CMS
    1. Copy & Paste existing neighborhood under the same Village and update the content.
    2. Update ‘Salesforce Name’ to be blank or name of the neighborhood.
  3. Marchex Tracking
    1. Send the new phone number to Nick at Marchex so they are able to create a dynamic campaign
  4. Testing
    1. Fill out the form on neighborhood page and confirm a lead is added to Salesforce with the correct NOI
    2. Fill out the form on Join Interest page and confirm a lead is added to Salesforce with the correct NOI
    3. Click the phone number and make sure the call goes through to the correct place.
    4. Click through all images and new content and make sure image sizes and user experience is first class
