LinkedIN/Salesforce Integration

  • All leads that are entered via forms in Linked are entered into Salesforce as either a person account (real estate agent) or a new lead.
  • Because LinkedIn does not currently have an integration between person accounts and Salesforce, we found a workaround by using a 3rd party tool: Zapier.
  • All leads and accounts (real estate agents) are entered as a new row into this Google Sheet using a Zapier (Zap) created by Rolando’s team.
  • The integration team (Vihavibi’s team) has implemented the following Google Sheet > Salesforce integration:

Persons

  • Any new row with the word ‘Broker’ in the Campaign name will be entered as a person (Real Estate Agent).
  • The following info is collected through Zapier:
    • Campaign Name (req)
    • First Name (req)
    • Last Name (req)
    • Email (req)
    • Job Title
    • Company Name
    • DRE License (max 10 digits)
    • Phone Number
  • No neighborhood of interest is added at this level

Consumer

  • Any new row with the word ‘Consumer’ in the Campaign name will be entered as a lead.
  • Each lead will require one single neighborhood of interest to be added.
    • Campaign Name (req)
    • First Name (req)
    • Last Name (req)
    • Email (req)
    • Neighborhood (Passed as hidden field)

The integration runs every three hours starting at 12:00am.
