How to duplicate/clone an offer and update the dates
- Navigate to https://be.contentful.com/login
- Login with your assigned username and password (Reach out to the digital marketing team if you do not have a username/password)
- Click Content at the top.
- Search for the business by typing in the name in the search field. (eg. Starbucks). (Pro Tip! Use the pre-built views on the left side of the screen to quickly find a list of stores by a regional center or neighborhood region.)
- Click on the business associated with the offer.
- On the right-hand side, click on the desired offer under the Links section. This will open a new tab with the offer details.
- Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner and select Duplicate.
- Update the Title and Valid To and Valid From dates and any other applicable field.
- Click Publish.
