How to create an offer on a restaurant/store with multiple locations

  1. Navigate to https://be.contentful.com/login
  2. Login with your assigned username and password (Reach out to the digital marketing team if you do not have a username/password)
  3. Click Content at the top.
  4. Click the Add Entry button in the right-hand corner and select Offer.
    1. Follow the instructions to enter the Name and Title.
      1. For Business, click  Add Existing Content.
      2. Next to the blue Any button, type in the word ‘center‘. Select if the center is for a Restaurant, Store or Popup shop. (In the video, we are adding Blaze Pizza, so I chose ‘Center Restaurant’.)
      3. Next to Center, click the blue ‘Click to Select‘.
      4. Scroll through and find you desired center.
      5. In the search field, type in your desired store or restaurant. Select the store or restaurant.
    2. Follow the instructions to add the Summary and Disclaimer.
    3. Select the start and end dates. If applicable, select the times. Times will default to 12:00am PST if not selected.
    4. Add a promo code or barcode if applicable.
    5. For Collections, click Add Existing Content and select the Collection if applicable. Use the search field if needed.
    6. Select Yes for Redeemable.
    7. Follow the instructions for the rest of the fields.
    8. Select a source if you’d like to categorize the offer in reports. (Digital team only)
    9. Skip Top Pick and Popularity (Deprecated)
  5. When the content entry is completed, click Publish.
