How do I add/edit a Quick-Move-In home on the listing sites?

1. Navigate to: https://www.villagesofirvine.com/umbraco and login with your credentials.
2. Click through the tree structure and select the Residence for the QMI (eg. Villages & Neighborhoods >Eastwood > Marin > Residence 1)
3. Navigate to the QMI tab
4. Click ‘Add an Item’
5. Complete the following:
   1. Spec Number: Any random number but must be unique from any of the other QMIs
   2. Lot Number: Found in Salesforce
   3. Parcel Number: If applicable
   4. MLS Number : Found in Salesforce
   5. Street Address, City, State, Zip, Lat & Long
   6. Status
   7. Move In Date (If not known, just select any past date)
   8. Price
   9. Stories
   10. Square Feet
   11. Beds/Baths
   12. Master Bed Location
   13. Garages
   14. Select living areas types
   15. Type any other amenities that are unique
   16. Marketing Headline (eg. Beautiful corner unit)
   17. Description
   18. Website (Link to specific QMI page on IrvinePacific.com)
6. Click Save & Publish

Notes:

• Photos uploaded in the content tab will automatically be uploaded to the QMI page.
• The listing feed automatically refreshes each Friday. If you want to manually refresh, simply navigate to: https://www.villagesofirvine.com/umbraco/api/xmlexportapi/exportxml If the result say: True, the feed is refreshed.
• Once the feed is refreshed, it takes about 24-72 hours to appear on the listing sites.
